Turn around Time for Flash Logos/Intros
All Flash Logo/Intro work must be paid for in full prior to
beginning any major work. If for some reason you feel
we are misundertanding your needs or cannot design your logo,
we will refund whatever money you have paid (minus a $100
non-refundable fee), provided we have not reached completion
of Final Approval stage of our Flash Logo/Intro process and delivered
a final .swf file of your Flash piece to you.
The first version
of your animated logo will be ready within 4-5 business days
upon receipt of your payment , depending on the overall complexity
of the animation.
If any modifications are need it will take 2-3 business days to fulfill your
request for changes, sometimes longer depending on the nature of the change.
Animation Process
Once you received the first draft of your animation you may
either approve the design or request modifications, by providing
us with specific and detailed change instructions. We will tweak
the animation as many times as your Flash Package allows, at
no extra charge.
Delivery of the Final Animation
Upon your final approval of the animation, we will send you
an .SWF executable file and an animated GIF image. The animated
GIF version, although more compatible with older browser and
programs, is not as flexible as the Flash version and we offer
it more as a courtesy to our clients. We normally suggest to
our customers to use the Flash version whenever they can for
three reasons:

the Flash file will be MUCH smaller in file size compare
to that of the animated GIF file

The animation with look cleaner and more fluid with the
Flash version

The animated GIF version will NOT retains any special multimedia
effects like sound and interaction buttons
Rights
All the rights to the flash animation of your logo will be transferred
to you, allowing you unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free
use of the animation. We will maintain and archive a copy of
the original FLA source document. This is for own protection
as well as ours to prevent people from plagiarizing our programming
code or your logo's design for their own use. We do not retain
any rights to your final logo animation or its final use by you,
but we do retains the right to display the work as part of our
online portfolio and any related advertising.
Liability
Bower Web Solutions is not responsible for any possible intellectual
rights infringement caused by usage in the animation of graphic,
photo, audio, video or any other materials submitted, provided
or suggested by a customer.
Privacy
We do not disclose or sell ANY information about our customer
and prospects, including their email addresses, to any third
party. Occasionally, we may ask one of our past customers for
a testimonial or to act as a reference for a prospective new
customer. We will always contact you directly first and request
your permission to release your contact information in these
situations.
