  1. You will now be prompted to enter the Email Server Names. Where it says "My incoming Server is a _server" it should say, "My incoming Server is a POP3 server".
    See diagram below for example:

  2. You will then see "incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) server". In the space provided enter yourdomain.com. Example: If your domain is domain.com, in the space provided you would enter domain.com. You will also enter this for the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) require that you use THEIR SMTP servers for Outgoing mail.

    IF you use Optimum Online for internet service use: mail.optonline.net
    IF you use Verizon Online for internet service use: outgoing.verizon.net

    Check with your specific ISP for exact Incoming/Outgoing server settings
    Once you enter this in both boxes, click Next.
