Yugma - Instructions for Apple Macintosh

We are proud to being partnering with Yugma, a leader in the field of web conferencing and shared desktops.

To use Yugma the first time:

1. Sign up for your free Yugma Account by clicking here.
2. Towards the bottom left of the page, look for the text that reads:
   "Welcome Bower Web Solutions Inc users
   Register for a FREE account Or
   Register for a Premium account"
3. On the left hand side of this page, fill in your email address and other information to register for an account (Please remember your password!)
4. Click the Sign Up/Submit button then Join a Session.
5. A dialog box may appear:
   
   
   click "Trust"
6. You should now see a new web page with a "Download" button on it. Click "Download"
7. The Yugma Installer program should then be downloaded to your Mac (most likely onto the Desktop)
   
   
8. Double click on the Yugma Installer
9. Once the installation is complete, the Actual Yugma client program itself should open and from there either click Join Session or Start Session:
   

To START A SESSION (for someone can see your Mac Screen):

1. Open the Yugma program from your Applications folder and click Start Session
   
2. Enter your Username (the email address you used when you signed up for Yugma) and your Password
3. Once you have started your new session, either click on either the Invite Contacts or Invite Contacts To view Only button to send an email to people to join the session or send them the session ID number or click on the little blue circle to the right of the Session ID number to copy the session ID number
   
4. To begin sharing your screen, click the large Begin Sharing button in the top left hand corner of the Yugma application.
5. When done, Exit/Quit out of Yugma (File Menu -> Exit)

To JOIN A SESSION (to see someone else's screen:

1. Open the Yugma program from your Applications folder and click Join Session
   
2. Enter your Username (the email address you used when you signed up for Yugma) and your Password
3. Enter the Session ID number as given to you
